Someone with experience in nannying and housekeeping is ideal. one night a week and another 1 or 2 afternoons weekly - Consistency is key and also the ability to deal with a strong minded toddler! Distraction techniques useful but equally so addressing issues in a caring and supportive manner would be necessary. He is inquisitive and intelligent with an autonomy that is emerging far to quick! I’d like his independence to be supported but within reasonable parameters. Also you will have to be comfortable telling him no when it comes to sweets! He loves getting outside , he goes to little kickers (you may need to take him there sometimes) and has a strong connection with his family. Im happy for you to look for ways to entertain and enrich his learning and socialisation via excursions once you know his behaviours . We have lost our current babysitter as she moved away for study :( I am hoping to find someone who has potential to be around for a while and can foster a real connection and understanding with him and get to know us quite well and visa versa. There is potential for more hours and job incentives if the fit is right . Spanish speaking Nannie’s welcome :) (to teach him! ) license necessary . Car can be provided if need be . Ideally , you will start babysitting or nannying the afternoons and night shift will start after or while he is already sleeping. He needs to familiarise with you so whilst in that process I won’t go to far… as you can see , a very protective mum but flexible, open minded and very keen to get a bit of ‘me time’! I want him to get out and explore and meet other kids and see the diverse nature of life and the different things you can do outside of watching television!!
